MRG’s LEA 360° & Individual Directions Inventory (IDI)

Virginia holds a certified license to administer the MRG LEA 360° assessment (Management Research Group Leadership Effectiveness Analysis 360°, and the IDI.

The LEA provides valid and reliable feedback from self and others - direct reports, peers, and bosses - on the use of 22 leadership behaviors. Because the feedback is based on behaviors, change and improvement efforts are realistic and tangible.

The IDI connects motivations, behaviors and work in ways that make progress possible. Measuring 17 key dimensions, the Individual Directions Inventory is designed to reflect the degree to which an individual gains emotional satisfaction from work and life.
